• Support with English language learning and academic expectations.
• Assistance in connecting you with teachers or additional learning resources.

• Guidance on living arrangements, transport, and community connections.
• Information about your rights and responsibilities as an international student under the ESOS Act and National Code 2018.
• Referrals to 24/7 external emergency and support services if needed.
