Airport Pickups – AIL EDU

Australian Institute of Language offers airport pickups service to international students who are arriving into Melbourne for the first time. You must register for airport pickup service at least 5 business days before your departure date. For example, if your flight is on a Thursday, you will need to apply the Thursday prior. Once you’ve booked with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 72 hours which contains instructions for your arrival at the airport. If you apply within 5 business days of your departure date you will not be eligible for this service.

Service provider

Airport pickup runs 24-hours per day from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport to Melbourne CBD and surrounding areas, and is provided by TOGOTO Pty Ltd. A friendly and experienced driver will meet you at the airport and take you directly to your accommodation.

Night time arrivals

Extra fees may apply to flights arriving later than 11PM. Please make sure that you have made accommodation arrangements before booking your airport pickup service with us. If you are arriving overnight, ask your accommodation provider if they provide a 24-hour reception before you confirm your booking.

Change to your booking

You may have to change your booking due to changes of your flight. Please make sure you email our team admin@ail.vic.edu.au and give us a notice at least 72 hours in advance. We may not accept your changes if you have not contacted us prior or within the 72 hours of your scheduled airport pickup time.

During transit

TOGOTO monitors all flights, so they will be aware if your flights are late or delayed. However, if your flight details change in transit (e.g. if you miss your flight and book onto another one), you need to contact TOGOTO or call on +61 409 503 646 and let them know of your new flight number, arrival date and time.

Cancel your booking

All cancellation must be made through email and send to admin@ail.vic.edu.au. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of your scheduled airport pickup time. No cancellation fees will be charged. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours or not by email, no refund will be provided.
